To Be, or Not to Be a Great Educator
For us, education is everything: it is the air we breathe and the bread
we eat. Education gives us the desire to question, look for evidence and
test. Education fosters our love for knowledge and stimulates our
curiosity. It is a driving force for changing society and accelerating
progress. Education reduces inequalities and honours new achievements; it
equips for finding creative solutions and strives to promote equity.
We know that educators are the ones who ensure knowledge continuity. The
ATEE 2022 Annual Conference will serve as a platform to discuss a range of
interconnected issues such as innovation in education, major challenges and
scenarios for overcoming them, passion for work and interest in the cognitive
process. Paraphrasing Hamlet's question and asking "to be or not to be a
great educator," we would like to challenge our conference
participants to talk on the problems posed by the pandemics, to address the development
of digital solutions and examine implications of new scientific discoveries. In
the new circumstances of pandemic and post-pandemic society, how to make
teaching inspirational, learning meaningful and education more
accessible?
